On November 12, 1996, Apple announced plans to open a chain of cyber cafes. The idea was canned at the end of 1997.

The people who buy [the iPhone Pocket] often seem to like to have their whole outfit, from shoes to handbag from the same designer or coordinated from different designers whose clothes they think go together. Although those same people might gravitate towards the iPhone because it is the most prestigious, I think they would be more interested in having it coordinate with their outfit rather than because it is the best performing phone.

With respect to applications still utilizing Rosetta, I can tell you one – Toast 20 by Roxio. This is the DVD making software that was released in 2021/2022 (or maybe even earlier) and last updated in 2023. Parenthetically I probably am the only user in the world.
